RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Chivalry, a brand operated by Ashtabhuja Retail.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

Original tags must be intact

Item must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@chivlry.com
 with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Customized or personalized products

Perishable goods

Personal care or hygiene products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before placing a return request.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

Return the original item (subject to approval), and

Place a new order separately.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@chivlry.com

If the order is already shipped, the return process will apply instead.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.
