This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Chivalry, a brand operated by Ashtabhuja Retail.

We work with leading Indian logistics providers, including Blue Dart and Delhivery, and may add additional partners from time to time to improve service coverage and delivery speed.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Free shipping on all orders
Priority Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
ORDER DISPATCH
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are generally dispatched the same business day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) are dispatched the next business day
During sale or peak periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your pincode is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RESPONSIBILITY
Delivery does not require ID verification
Delivery to any person present at the intended delivery address will be considered successful delivery
Signature or delivery confirmation by you or any person accepting delivery on your behalf constitutes successful fulfilment
Responsibility for the order transfers to you upon successful delivery
For gift orders, delivery to the address provided by the purchaser is treated as valid delivery.
INSURANCE & DAMAGED PACKAGES
All shipments are insured while in transit.
Important:
Please do not accept delivery if the package is visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened.
Insurance claims cannot be processed once a damaged package is accepted.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
RESTRICTIONS ON RETURN SHIPMENTS
Returned items must:
Be sent in original packaging
Contain only Chivalry products
Exclude any unrelated items
Packages containing other items may be rejected by our delivery partners or returned unprocessed.
CANCELLATION & REDIRECTION
Orders cannot be cancelled once scheduled for pickup or dispatched
Orders cannot be redirected after dispatch

TAXES & DUTIES
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
You will not be charged any additional amount at delivery.
DEFINITIONS
“You” / “Your” refers to the customer placing the order and/or making payment
“Intended delivery address” refers to the “Ship To” address provided at checkout, including gift orders
